Villa Details
Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom 5 star executive villa is decorated to a high standard throughout and can
accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a large number of pictures and silk plants that provide interest and
enhance the general atmosphere. Our villa is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans provide extra comfort in several rooms
and the lanai.
The Pool

Direct access to a very quiet and secluded screened lanai and pool area is available from the family room and
both master bedrooms. All access points are fitted with pool safety alarms.
The covered lanai provides shelter and escape from the heat of the day and is fitted with a ceiling fan for extra
comfort.

The heated 'L' shaped pool is deceptively large and fitted with a pool light for enjoyment at night. The
pool area has an extended sun deck, together with a south facing sun patio in our garden behind the villa, open to full
sun all day.

Games Room

The games room provides a deluxe 8ft slate pool table, air hockey and table football.

Family Room
 |
The family room is at the centre of the villa with direct access to the pool area.
It is a spacious and comfortable area in which to relax, is fully air conditioned and has a ceiling fan for extra
comfort. Equipped with cable TV, a DVD player with a selection of family DVDs and a selection of family board
games for your entertainment.
The sofa converts to a double bed.

Dining Room

The beautifully furnished dining room seats six and combined with the nearby breakfast nook provides seating for
up to 10 guests.
One high chair is available free of charge. Additional high chairs are available for hire. A stroller is
also availble free of charge.

Kitchen

The large fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, superior fridge/freezer with
ice and chilled water dispensers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, coffee maker together with all
necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Utility Room
|
A convenient utility room contains full laundry facilities including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron,
ironing board and clothes airer.

Breakfast Nook
 |
A breakfast nook with large comfortable window seat adjoins the kitchen. A telephone, with free local and
international calls is available.

First Master Bedroom

There is a double/queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, two nightstands with lamps and a chest of drawers with
mirror over. Full cable TV, a telephone and radio alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
Adjoining the bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom with Roman Bath Tub, large walk-in shower, double vanity unit
with large mirror over and a separate toilet. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. There is also a First Aid
Kit. There is direct access to the pool area and the door is fitted with a pool safety alarm.
One cot is available free of charge. Additional cots are available for hire.

Second Master Bedroom

There is a double/queen size bed, large walk-in closet, two nightstands with lamps and a chest of drawers with
mirror over. Full cable TV, VCR and a radio alarm clock are provided for your convenience.
Adjoining the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, single vanity unit with mirror over and
a toilet. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. There is direct access to the pool area and the door is
fitted with a pool safety alarm.

Third and Fourth Bedrooms

Each bedroom has a closet and is furnished with two single beds, a nightstand, chest of drawers and lamp.
Both bedrooms have cable TVs. The third bedroom includes a PlayStation2 with a selection of games and the fourth bedroom
includes a radio/CD player. The bedrooms share the third bathroom.
